What it was:

Design, develop and deliver an engaging and memorable 1 day new starter event that aligned with NAB’s purpose and culture, all while keeping the current fortnightly events running.

What we did:

  • Incrementally redesigned the 1 day learning event
  • Coached facilitators
  • Constructed new stage sets
  • Introduced new technical capability to enable “live TV” interviews across the bank
  • Ran pilot events in Sydney and Melbourne
  • Handed the event back to client to continue running

Outcome:

The NPS score for the event moved into to the 80s. The bank is now making it a national program with managers electing to fly new starters in from around Australia and Asia to attend.
